These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr798 ("pkr798", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr798 website located at https://pkr798.cam and all associated services, products and features offered therein.

By accessing the pkr798 platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the pkr798 platform.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the pkr798 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. pkr798 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify this information at any point, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of fraudulent documentation, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. pkr798 processes KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All Account balances on pkr798 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits must be made using payment methods currently accepted by the platform. The following payment channels are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment options; their availability for gambling transactions depends on the operator's current payment integrations and applicable compliance requirements:

• Mobile wallet transfers (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash — referenced as familiar Pakistan payment context only; these providers do not endorse or support gambling services).

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to full KYC verification and compliance review. pkr798 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, as these depend on the payment method selected, the User's account verification status, and any compliance checks required by the platform or by relevant financial institutions.

The following general conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 2,000 for bank transfers, unless otherwise stated in current payment terms.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the full wagering requirement associated with that bonus must be met before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Real-money funds may be withdrawn separately subject to these Terms.

• Processing times for mobile wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers, though neither category carries a guaranteed timeline. Bank transfers may take between one and five business days depending on the receiving institution's processing cycle.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published at the time of promotion. The following general principles apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses are credited to the User's Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• Any bonus figures quoted on the pkr798 platform (e.g., welcome bonuses up to PKR 25,000) are illustrative maximum values. The actual bonus credited depends on the deposit amount, the specific offer's conditions and the User's eligibility at the time of claim.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, per household address, per IP address and per device, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• pkr798 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error or where required by the operator's compliance obligations.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or use of betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All sports betting, live casino, slot and instant-game wagers placed on pkr798 are subject to the specific rules of each product, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A wager is final once confirmed by the system. pkr798 does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed, except in circumstances where the platform determines that a manifest pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino or sports betting session, pkr798 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on available data. The platform's decision in such matters is final.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or declared void in accordance with the rules of the relevant governing body, bets on the affected markets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific product rules state otherwise.
• pkr798 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout or maximum number of concurrent bets for any User at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Live cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC and bilateral T20 and ODI series — are subject to real-time suspension during match interruptions. Bets placed on suspended markets are void.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr798 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, permanent exclusion and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or using more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of sports fraud in connection with bets placed on the platform.

The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on their Account.
• Loss Limits: Users may define a maximum PKR loss threshold within a given period, after which further betting activity will be automatically paused.
• Session Time Controls: Users may set maximum session durations and opt to receive time-in-session reminders.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary account restriction for a defined period as a short-term break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion via the live chat support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the agreed exclusion period.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkr798 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation from pkr798.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the platform.
• Use pkr798's name, logo or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr798 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pkr798 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or system downtime.
• Errors in odds display or market pricing resulting from data feed failures, provided that pkr798 takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information published on the pkr798 platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics or game-outcome information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkr798's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

pkr798 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Activity that pkr798 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, collusion or any other form of criminal conduct.
• User-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines and fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr798 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

pkr798 expressly does not claim to be governed by, licensed under or subject to the jurisdiction of the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani governmental authority. Pakistani Users access the platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

pkr798 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pkr798 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the pkr798 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
